Depression/Healthy Mind Management
In this class our registered dietitian will share the healthy eating patterns that can help improve your mind and emotional balance. You will learn how increasing all types of fruits and vegetables, cooking with healthy oils such as olive and canola, and including fish or seafood twice per week can help improve your mood. You will leave the class with tools to help you improve your mind and manage feelings of depression. You will have the opportunity to learn and prepare meals that aim to improve your emotional balance under the leadership of our registered dietitian in GBUAHN’s state of the art kitchen.
